Refund Policy

1. Eligible Refund Cases

You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

• Non-Delivery: We cannot complete your order within 24 hours
• Incorrect Amount: You receive significantly less coins than ordered
• Payment Error: You were charged twice for the same order
• Service Failure: Technical issues prevent order completion
• Order Cancellation: You cancel before delivery begins

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are NOT available in the following situations:

• Completed Delivery: Coins have been successfully delivered to your account
• User Error: Incorrect account information provided by you
• Account Ban: Your EA account gets banned after coin delivery (see our Terms)
• Change of Mind: You no longer want the coins after delivery
• Buyer’s Remorse: After successfully receiving coins

4. Refund Timeline

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

• PayPal: 3-5 business days
• Other Methods: 7-14 business days

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

• If only part of your order is delivered

• If you agree to a reduced amount as compensation

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks should be a last resort as they:

7. Order Cancellations
